Process:

STEP 1: Visit our website www.butuanchildacademy.com.
STEP 2: Click the “enrollment” tab and fill-up the STUDENT REGISTRATION FORM. For new students, click the “requirements” tab and attach your admission documents.
STEP 3: Proceed to online Enrollment by clicking Registration.
STEP 4: Pay the entrance fee of Php 2,500 with the following options:

• Via Money Remittance centers (M Lhuillier, Palawan)
• Via Bank Deposit ( please contact the school for the bank details )
• Via GCash Mobile No. 09177066001

STEP 5: Send the scanned copy or a screenshot of your proof of payment with your FULL NAME and YEAR LEVEL.
STEP 6: Wait for the confirmation of your enrolment along with your Student Number (SN) to be sent by the School Administrator.

Process:

STEP 1: Visit BCAI at Purok 2-B Ampayon, Butuan City (beside Regatta East Village).
STEP 2: Look for Teacher Jeaneth or Teacher Rodelyn at the Admission Office. Fill-up Learners Enrollment Survey Form LESF (DepEd Order 008, s. 2020). For new students, submit your admission requirements.
STEP 3: Proceed to Cashier for assessment and payment of fees.
STEP 4: Once enrollment is complete, you can get the copy of learning guidelines from your teacher in-charge.
